August 29 – September 1, Festival of Sail: The Festival Festival of Sail is the largest Tall Ship festival on the west coast. Fun for the entire family featuring an expanded events area, with more booths to explore, larger kids zone, vintage boat display, stage for live entertainment, beer garden, and lots more to see and do. On August 28th the Parade of Tall Ships will take place from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm where a fleet of tall ships and vessels will majestically make their way into the San Diego Bay.
