As of April 1st all 4S residents will be required to have FOBs to enter Pioneer Park. Resident Photo IDs are also being issued for any resident wishing to attend any event hosted by the HOA.

The 4s Master Board determined in Fall 2010 that the installation of fencing and a gate access system at Pioneer Park would be paramount in order to protect this valuable common area and its amenities.  FOBs grant access through the entry system.
