Farmers Markets offer shoppers fresh and local produce, handmade crafts, fresh flowers, and an overall great shopping experience. The Rancho Santa Fe Farmers Market takes it one step further-sponsored by the Helen Woodward Animal Center, they provide volunteers the first Sunday of every month to introduce pets from the center to market customers in the hopes of finding a great home for their furry friends.

The Rancho Santa Fe Farmers Market aims to promote local and sustainable agriculture, contribute to the success of local growers and artisanal food producers, and serve as a community gathering place. A Rancho Santa Fe staple since May 2, 2010, the Market is located in the parking lot of the Del Rayo Village Center in Rancho Santa Fe. Come visit every Sunday morning from 9:00am to 1:00pm, where you can  choose from a variety of vegetables, greens, herbs, fruits, farm fresh eggs, artisanal breads, fresh cut flowers, oils, honeys & jams, gourmet tamales, fresh fish, pasta, cheeses, freshly roasted coffee beans, grass fed poultry, artisanal chocolate and more.
