Although this pandemic has been difficult for so many businesses to navigate, real estate is doing better than most. The fact is that there are still homebuyers out there who are looking to make a purchase. They’re having to make some adjustments to their process, but we’ve got some tips and tricks to help them navigate the market. For example, if you’re a buyer, you need to have an updated pre-approval. Most agents aren’t even showing homes to buyers who have pre-approvals dating back more than a few weeks.
