Monteluz at 4S Ranch to Release Phase 2 of NEW homes

This is a quick reminder about the fantastic Community of Monteluz in 4S Ranch!
If you are looking for a prime community to live and raise your children, look no farther!

Here is the press release just announced by San Diego Business Journal..
"California West Communities, of Carlsbad, will release the second phase of homes at both of its Monteluz and Andalusia communities in the master-planned 4S Ranch.
The release of nine homes at Monteluz and 14 for Andalusia will be on Saturday.
The first phase release of homes sold out in less than an hour, according to Robert Thorne, CEO of California West.
At build-out, Andalusia will be comprised of 94 new homes. Floor plans range from approximately 2,222 to 3,486 square feet, with three to six bedrooms and three to four baths, with lots averaging approximately 6,782 square feet. Prices are anticipated to begin in the mid $600,000s.
Monteluz floor plans range from approximately 2,566 to 3,949 square feet, with three to six bedrooms and 2-1/2 to five baths. Lot sizes average approximately 8,281 square feet. Prices begin in the high $600,000s.
A combined total of seven new model homes were opened in January, 2010."
