Bosa Development has been making moves this holiday season by purchasing 2 new condo sites for over $42 Million.  With plans to build over 800 condos at these sites over the next 8 years, they now own a full downtown block.  The latest approved plans show 41 and 21 story towers with 498 units.  This area will be known as "The Block" and will feature retail space as well.
