The MOST Dramatic event in 4S Ranch for 2010...Pioneer Park!
4S Ranch, San Diego, CA 92127- Quickly becoming one of the most anticipated parks to open in this family oriented community, Pioneer Park, quickly became one of the most talked about and despised parks of 4S Ranch. Angry Home owners, Non-resident intruders, security guards??? YES!
This led to murky waters and strong emotions calling for a solution to this Madness!
The HOA has stepped in and if offering their help to please its community!
From 4S Connect, 4S Ranch Master Association is pleased to announce the commencement of the perimeter fencing project at Pioneer Park. In order to facilitate the construction crews and transport of materials, and in the interest of security and public safety, Pioneer Park will be closed November 1 - November 30, or earlier, depending on the completion date of the project.
