2)What is the "hardship" of the sellers of this home?(Do the sellers even qualify for a short sale?)
3)When did you, the listing agent last speak to the negotiator/asset manager?
4)Is there a trustee sale date posted at this point? If so, has an extension request been sent yet? (Verify with tax rolls)
5)How do you handle your short sales and how will YOU(listing agent) follow up with me on the status of this transaction?
