Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $850K in Black Mountain Ranch, San Diego, CA.
We met Sean Zanganeh in the Spring of 2012, and subsequently Sean represented us as buyers and sellers in two separate real estate transactions. My husband, an attorney and myself, having 20 years of real estate investment experience, had been looking at purchasing property in a particular north county San Diego neighborhood for almost 4 years. The perfect home for us finally came along where we met Sean Zanganeh as the listing agent of the home.
